Lupus erythematosus disseminatus

Diagnose en behandeling volgens het type aandoening

Criteria voor terugbetaling belimumab (Benlysta) :

1) onvoldoend antwoord op volgende behandeling :

• anti-malariamiddel, EN
• corticosteroïden > of = 7.5mg prednisolone 3m, EN
• andere immunosupressieve behandeling (azathioprine, methotrexate, hoge dosis cortisone (1-2mg/kg/d of IV pulses), mycophenolate, cyclophosphamide, rituximab), EN

2) een SELENA SLEDAI score> of = 10, EN

3) een BILAG score minstens 1A of 2B, EN

4) aanwezigheid van natieve anti-DNA Al (>30 IU/ml), EN

5) deficit van complementfactoren C3 en/of C4
